Welcome to the KM Care & Share Website! 
We are excited to launch this new phase of our organization and provide you with more information on what we do and how you can get involved.

KM Care & Share was founded in 1982 when a group of individuals and service organizations decided to combine their efforts to help others in the Kasson-Mantorville area during times of need.

What is KM Care & Share?
Most people, when asked this question, respond by saying:

       " I know what that is, that's the Christmas charity, right?"  

While KM Care & Share does support holiday programs, it supports so much more.   Since being established in 1982, KM Care & Share has helped  "neighbors in need" in countless ways.  From kids and families in crisis, senior assistance and assistance during times of natural disaster, KM Care & Share has been a year-round resource for community members in need - whenever that need arises.

What were last years auction funds used for?
This money was used for people who DON'T qualify for other programs.

Last year, there were 19 families who received assistance for utilities, car repair, rent, special bed.  KM Care and Share also provided holiday meals and gifts for over 70 families who would have gone without.

KM Care and Share also promotes education by offering assistance  to 297 students from 140 families for school supplies/education funding.
